中英雙語學術翻譯編輯團隊
精通中英雙語，尤其擅長學術語言的中譯英；
英語母語國家的外籍華人或留學人員，畢業(yè)或就職于高校和科研院所；
博士學位，20年科研經(jīng)驗，發(fā)表過10篇以上SCI/EI文章，10年以上SCI審稿經(jīng)驗。

博士學位，現(xiàn)于世界著名學府和科研機構從事科學研究；

編輯淘汰制度
艾德思對每一位編輯建立檔案庫，對每一篇經(jīng)由編輯修改過的文章做質量追蹤，設立編輯淘汰制度：
（1）由該編輯修改過的文章有一次因為英語水平問題被學術雜志拒絕發(fā)表；
（2）由該編輯修改過的文章有一次被客戶投訴并經(jīng)證實存在嚴重質量問題；符合以上任意一條的編輯，都將被取消與艾德思的合作資格。因此，只有保持進取心和責任心，在專業(yè)水準上不斷要求進步的編輯，才是艾德思編輯團隊的一員。
編輯團隊的工作流程

所有文稿首先按照主體領域分類，劃分到不同的學科組
02
由學科組負責人初審文稿，劃分子領域，并委派具有相關學術和工作背景的資深編輯開始對文稿進行深入修改
03
文稿修改完畢，返回學科組負責人復閱，簽字，如有異議，返回編輯做再次修改
文章質量管理系統(tǒng)
艾德思的服務以質量為核心，承諾為客戶提供最優(yōu)的服務
（1）采取編輯負責制。每位編輯對其修改的文稿負責到底，直至通過學科負責人復審；
（2）由學科負責人，文稿責任編輯，相關子領域編輯，及公司負責人組成質量管理團隊對文稿的質量保證負責；
（3）多次遭到客戶投訴或服務質量不能令客戶滿意的編輯，經(jīng)由質量管理團隊裁決，取消與艾德思的合作資格。
